    💡 Tip: WhatsApp messages won’t deliver unless my number is saved in your contacts.

  • 1️⃣ Download the app (free version works great).
     → [Apple Download] → [Google Play]
    2️⃣ Create your account and log in.
    3️⃣ Tap Diary to log your meals and snacks.
    4️⃣ Once I send your custom macro targets, update them under Goals → Nutrition Goals.
    5️⃣ Turn off “Add Exercise Calories” to prevent calorie adjustments.
    6️⃣ Set your Food Diary Sharing to Public so I can see your entries.

  • We’ll be using MyFitnessPal daily to track your food and see what’s working. Tracking helps us identify patterns, confirm you’re hitting your targets, and know exactly when to adjust.

    What to do first:

    Track everything you eat for two full days (as you normally would). Once you’ve logged both days, submit your info HERE so I can review it alongside your intake form.

    Once you receive your custom macro targets, start logging daily using those numbers. This gives us the real-life data we’ll review during your first call.

    Tips for success
    → Track portions as accurately as possible.
    → Aim for consistency, not perfection.
    → Eat according to your custom macros for at least a couple of weeks before your first coaching call.
    → I’ll update your macro targets as needed during your monthly call.

  • You’ll get an email invitation to your shared Google Drive folder soon.

    Inside You’ll Find:
    → Body Measurements
    → Progress Photos
    → Customized Macros

    To Access:
    1️⃣ Go to drive.google.com.
    2️⃣ Log in with the email you used to register.
    3️⃣ Click “Shared with me” if you don’t see your folder.

    💡 Tip: If your folder doesn’t appear, double-check that you’re logged into the correct email account — that’s the most common fix!

  • Book your first coaching call 2–3 weeks from today — this gives you time to eat according to your custom macro plan so we have real data to review and fine-tune.

    Your 30-minute coaching call happens once a month via WhatsApp (video or audio — your choice).

    During our calls we’ll:
    → Review your progress and tracking data
    → Talk through any challenges or mindset shifts
    → Adjust your strategy or macros if needed

    Booking: Use the Booking Link to schedule your sessions.

    Please remember: calls are your responsibility to book — missed or unbooked sessions aren’t rescheduled. Try to book at least 2 weeks ahead of time.

  • To make the most of our time together, complete the following at least 24 hours before your session:

    ✅ Track all food in MyFitnessPal
    ✅ Upload new Progress Photos
    ✅ Record your Weight + Measurements in your sheet
    ✅ Be near your phone when I call via WhatsApp

  • Take your weight and body measurements once a week (arms, chest, waist, hips, thighs).


    Do it first thing in the morning for consistency, and record them in your Body Measurements Sheet on Google Drive.

  • Take photos before your first call and every two weeks after.

    Tips for best results:
    → Same outfit each time (sports bra + shorts or underwear).
    → Use your phone timer and natural light.
    → Take three angles: front, side, back.

    Upload to your Progress Photos folder in Google Drive — only I can access these photos.
