    All communication, resources, and support are delivered through WhatsApp.

    If you don't already have the app installed on your phone, please download it and create an account before moving on.

  • 02 / Add Me To Your Contacts

    To make sure you receive important updates, resources, and support, you’ll need to ADD ME as a contact in WhatsApp.

    Once that’s done, send me a quick 👋 so I know everything is connected and working properly.

  • 03 / Join Your Support Chat

    Use this LINK to join Support Chat.

    This is where you'll connect with your support crew, ask questions, share wins, and receive guidance from Cheryl. Once you're in, say hello and introduce yourself.

  • 04 / The Focuses

    A new focus begins every two weeks.

    On the Saturday before each focus, you'll receive resources to review and prepare.

    The focus officially begins on Monday.

  • 05 / How It Works

    Throughout each focus, Cheryl shares support content three times per week.

    These touch-points provide practical tools and insights to help you integrate each focus into your busy life. Tap in when you can.
