Move Eat Play grew out of my own struggles — the same ones women like you face. This is the story behind it.
Hey, I’m Cheryl [aka coach cb]
I didn’t start in this industry because I had everything figured out. I started because for a long time… I didn’t.
For years I battled my body and my health— swinging between extremes, hiding beind “i’m fine,” and feeling completely disconnected from the woman I wanted to be.
I dealt with body dysmorphia.
I struggled with disordered eating.
I leaned on substances to cope.
I carried extra weight, extra shame, and extra pressure to “just get it together.”
And through all of that, I kept trying to fix myself with more rules, more restriction, more punishment, more starting over.
It never worked. Not because I wasn’t trying — but because I didn’t have a plan that actually supported me as a real woman with a real life.
The turning point wasn’t a dramatic moment. It was the slow, steady realization that:

→ food isn’t the enemy
→ movement shouldn’t feel like punishment
→ and strength comes from consistency, not perfection
I rebuilt my health piece by piece — with simple routines, steady practice, and a whole lot of honesty.
