Touch points land on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, but you’ll only need about 10 minutes a day to review, apply, or engage in the group. The goal is steady, doable consistency — not overwhelm.

There’s no single starting point required for Fat Loss Formula.
That said, this program works best if you already have a few basics in place — specifically, hitting around 8–10k steps per day and 2–3 L of water daily. Having those habits established simply makes it easier to layer in the strategies you’ll be learning here.
If those habits aren’t consistent yet, you may find Fat Loss Foundations to be a better starting place. It’s designed to help you build those core routines first so that Fat Loss Formula feels supportive, not overwhelming.
Either way, the goal is the same: meet yourself where you are and choose the level of support that fits your current season.
