We respect that everyone has their own approach to nutrition. The dinners provided in this masterclass are not designed to be vegan or vegetarian. That said, you’re absolutely welcome to join and adapt the recipes using your own preferred plant-based options if you’d like to experience the guidance, resources, and group support throughout the week.

The WhatsApp support group will stay open for one week after the program ends so you can grab any last-minute advice. After that, participants are removed so we can prepare for the next masterclass.

We suggest setting aside an hour on the weekend to review the recipe pack, use the Prep Cheatsheet, and do a bit of prep for the week. During the 5 days of the masterclass, you’ll only need about 5-10 minutes a day to check in with your group and grab the bonus resources. Prepping on the weekend makes sure you get the most out of your 5 days.
