Each Masterclass runs for 5 days. Some classes also include prep materials sent the Friday before class begins to help you get ready. Then, starting Monday, you’ll receive simple daily messages and resources to guide you through the week.

All support conversations happen inside the group chat, where you can connect, ask questions, and share wins with your crew.

You’ll be part of a support chat where you can connect with other women and ask questions related to the class. Coach CB is active in the group, guiding conversations and keeping everyone on track — but 1:1 coaching is available only through private coaching programs.
