WHEN THERE’S MORE TO THE STORY
A Personalized Approach to Fuel, Focus, and Feeling Your Best.
You’ve changed how you eat, worked on your habits, taken the supplements, followed the advice, and somehow you still feel stuck. When your health has a layered history, figuring out what to focus on next isn’t always obvious. Together, we’ll sort through what’s going on, connect the dots, and figure out what your body needs to start moving forward.
What Nutrition Coaching Offers
why it works
Because when your health has layers, the obvious answer isn’t always the right one.
We look at the bigger picture instead of chasing individual symptoms or changing things at random. By paying attention to your history, habits, nutrition, lifestyle, and how your body responds along the way, we can make better decisions about what deserves our attention now and what doesn’t.
How It Works.
Nutrition Coaching isn’t about trying to fix everything at once. We figure out what deserves your attention first, work on it, see how your body responds, and build from there.
Here’s what that looks like:
→ Bi-Weekly Coaching Calls. Every two weeks, we meet for a focused 30-minute call (video or audio, your choice) to review your progress, talk through what’s happening, and decide what we need to focus on next.
→ Action Plans & Resources. After our calls, you’ll receive a clear action plan with any resources you need to put what we discussed into practice.
→ Ongoing Accountability. Between calls, I’ll check in to see how things are going, answer questions, and help you work through anything that comes up.
ready to get started
You don’t have to keep guessing what your body needs.
If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of trying something, wondering if it’s working, and questioning what to do next, it’s time for a different approach. Let’s make sense of what’s going on and give you a clear place to start.
-
Nutrition Coaching is for women with a more layered health history who need deeper support than a group program can provide. I can dig into what’s been going on, follow how your body responds, and adjust our focus as I learn more.
-
Macro Coaching focuses specifically on the macronutrient side of your journey: protein, carbs, fats, and how much you’re eating.
Nutrition Coaching looks at the bigger picture, including nutrition, sleep, digestion, recovery, movement, stress, and lifestyle habits that may be influencing how you feel and progress.
-
I encourage macro tracking, at least in the beginning, because it gives me valuable information about how much you’re eating and how balanced your intake actually is.
If you later decide tracking isn’t for you, I’ll adjust your approach and find a method that still gets you results. -
I ask that you commit to at least four weeks so we have time to build momentum and establish a strong foundation.
After that, if it’s not a good fit, we’ll review your progress together and discuss your next best step, whether that’s continuing or wrapping up with clear direction.
-
Nope. Supplements are recommended only when I believe they would be useful, and I’ll always consider quality, accessibility, and whether they actually make sense for what we’re working on.
-
Then you’re exactly who this coaching was built for. I’m not going to throw another random strategy at you or make you start from scratch.
I’ll look at what you’ve already tried, what happened, what we can learn from it, and where it makes sense to focus next.
