How It Works.

Nutrition coaching isn’t about overhauling everything at once — it’s about building smarter habits that fit your lifestyle. We focus on steady progress, real food, and realistic routines that create lasting results.

Here’s what makes it work:

→ Bi-Weekly Coaching Calls. Every two weeks, we meet for a focused 30-minute call (video or audio — your choice). This is where we review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and make real-time adjustments so your plan keeps evolving with you.

→ Action Plans & Resources. When it’s time for new steps or adjustments, you’ll receive a clear, personalized action plan with supporting resources — keeping your focus on the areas that move the needle most.

→ Ongoing Accountability. Between calls, you’ll receive check-in messages to keep you supported, accountable, and confident in your next steps — so you never feel like you’re doing it alone.

  • This is a fully customized experience. Every recommendation, adjustment, and action plan is built around your body, your data, and your goals — not a shared curriculum or group timeline.

  • Macro Coaching focuses solely on the macronutrient (protein, carbs, fats) component of your journey.

    Nutrition Coaching goes deeper — addressing your whole body and wellness, including sleep, digestion, recovery, mindset, and lifestyle habits.

  • We always encourage using macro tracking — at least in the beginning — to build awareness of how much (or how little) you’re consuming and how balanced your intake is. It’s an incredible tool for fat loss, performance, and accountability.
    If you later decide tracking isn’t for you, we’ll adjust your approach and find a method that still gets you results.

  • We ask that you commit to at least four weeks to build momentum and establish a strong foundation.

    After that, if it’s not a good fit, we’ll review your progress together and discuss your next best step — whether that’s continuing or wrapping up with clear direction.

  • Nope. Recommendations are made only if needed — and always based on quality, accessibility, and what supports your plan best.

  • Then you’re in the right place. This process is about identifying what’s been missing — not starting from scratch. We use your history, habits, and feedback to build a plan that finally fits.
